Most orders are shipped out within 5-7 business days. In times of high volume please allow up to 10-12 business days for your order to arrive.

After your order is expertly printed in-house and shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with the tracking information.

The status of your order can be looked up using the online chat button in the bottom right corner of our website or by clicking the View Order Button in your order confirmation email.

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking information. If you don’t see it, check your spam/junk folder or contact us for assistance.

Every item we produce is custom-printed in-house specifically for you. Due to the custom nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges unless your item arrives damaged or there is an issue with the quality of the garment.

Order cancellations and changes are free within the first 48 hours of purchase.

We take extra care in the preparation of our garments, pre-pressing them to flatten the fibers for an ideal graphic application surface. If you notice lines, spots or a rectangular imprint around the graphic upon arrival, don't worry. This is a normal part of our printing process and will fade after the first wash.

Currently, we only ship within the U.S., but we’re exploring international shipping options for the future.
