Exchanges
At Philly Sports Shirts, we want to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchases. If for any reason you're not, we are here to help. You can exchange any item within 14 days of receiving your order.
Exchange Overview
- Eligibility Window: To be eligible for a return or exchange, you must initiate the process within 14 days of the delivery date.
- Condition of Returned Items: Items must be returned in the same condition in which you received them. This means they must be unused, and in their original packaging.
- Exchanges: If you wish to exchange an item, please note that you are responsible for covering the postage costs for sending the item back to us. Once we receive the item, we will dispatch your new item at no additional shipping cost.
- Non-Returnable Items: Please note that gift cards and final sale items are not eligible for an exchange.
Once your request for an exchange or return has been submitted, please allow us 3 business days to review your submission. Once reviewed, we will notify you with the approval or rejection of your request.
You may be asked to provide pictures to show proof of damage or size discrepancy in your refund request.
Failure to follow these steps listed above will invalidate your request for an exchange. The decision will be left up to Philly Sports Shirts on whether or not to proceed with your request.
